Laptops are Azure AD joined.I will source perpetual Office 2021 and install on these laptops. Some staff has Microsoft 365 Business Basic/Standard license, but most don't. My client has laptops that shared by staff.

An interesting item of note is the problem virtual machine is completely unpingable from any machine that we've tested from so far. The other 3 virtual machines can be connected to and used without issues. At this point, we are stumped on what the root cause is and what changed. We have tried recomposing off the master image, disconnecting it from the PersistentData drive and connecting to it through Horizon using other machines. Whenever a connection attempt is made from VMWare Horizon Client, the screen will go black and eventually close with the error message: "The remote desktop connection has ended". Within the last week or so, 1 of the 4 machines can no longer be connected to. When the external clients to the backend VMs go through the load balancer, the IP address of the. VMs behind the Load Balancer arent responding to the traffic on the configured port. Very few older devices are still capable of using it, so we no longer offer online support for VZAccess Manager. When the Load Balancer connectivity is unavailable, the most common symptoms are as follows: VMs behind the Load Balancer arent responding to health probes. These 4 machines are child images which are based off of a master image. VZAccess Manager is an app that certain older internet devices (e.g., USB modems, mobile hotspots, laptops, etc.) used to connect to the Verizon network.

We currently have a pool of 4 virtual machines, each of them are setup identically with Windows 10 1709.
